I reached out to GreenPan about an issue with one of my pans that was still under warranty. To be fair, they did respond and asked for the usual stuff like photos and a receipt, so the process was straightforward. It did get taken care of in the end, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected and I had to check in again to keep things moving. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the smoothest warranty support I’ve dealt with.

It cleans up easily most of the time, but I’m a little picky about cookware at this price point. Eggs still stick now and then, and I’ve had to let it soak before scrubbing them off. It’s not a bad pan by any means, but based on my standards, I was hoping cleanup would be more effortless.

I bought this GreenPan for my glass stovetop, and it’s been working really well so far. It heats evenly, doesn’t slide around much, and just does what you’d expect a good pan to do. I also tried it on my mom’s gas stove, and it worked fine there too. No complaints at this point.

so overall, shopping on greenpan.us was fine. I found the products without too much trouble, but a few pages felt a little slow and I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to compare sizes.
The checkout did go through in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I did appreciate that the prices and shipping info were clear, though, so I’d probably consider ordering again...

I’ve been using this for my everyday cooking, and so far the coating feels safe and reliable. It’s nice not having to worry as much when making meals for myself and my family. that little extra peace of mind means a lot to me.

These pans are kind of hit or miss for me. They work fine and I’ve had some good results with them, but for the price I expected them to hold up a bit better. They’re not bad by any means, just more in the “okay” category than I was hoping for

My GreenPan order showed up in great shape. Nothing was scratched, loose, or rattling around, which gave me a good feeling right away. My gut says they’re careful with how they ship things. There was definitely more cardboard and wrapping than I expected, maybe a little too much, but everything arrived clean and safe, so I can’t really complain.

The handle is really comfy, honestly. Even when the pan is loaded up and kinda heavy, it doesn’t dig into my hand or make my wrist feel weird. Nothing fancy to explain, it just feels easier to hold and move around...

I was getting ready to be annoyed waiting for it, but it got here faster than I thought. The box was in good shape and everything was fine, so no complaints.

I did end up getting exactly what I ordered, and nothing was missing, so no complaints there. The only thing was the tracking got a bit confusing and didn’t seem to update for a while. I reached out and support basically said, “It’s on the way, tracking can take some time to refresh,” which turned out to be true. Overall, the order itself was right, just wish the updates were clearer.

I bought a GreenPan set and, yeah, the lids fit way better than I expected. Like, they sit nice and snug on the pans and don’t do that annoying rattling thing. The glass feels sturdy too, and the handles have stayed tight even after a few washes, which I was kind of watching for. I’ve used them a bunch already and so far the quality seems really solid. Happy with these.

From what I’ve noticed so far, the food cooks really evenly and I haven’t had anything stick yet. It’s been easy to use and reliable up to this point.

I’ve used plenty of pans that claim to be nonstick, but this one actually does the job. Eggs slide right out, and cleanup is basically just a quick wipe. that’s all I really want from a nonstick pan, no fuss, no scrubbing, just something that works like it should

I bought a GreenPan from greenpan.us a few weeks ago, i’m happy with it so far. The ceramic coating feels really smooth, and eggs actually slide around with just a little oil, which is kind of what I was hoping for. I’m not the only one who gets excited when a pan actually does what it says, right?
Cleanup has been super quick too, which was the main reason I wanted to try it. I’ve been careful not to use super high heat, and it still looks basically new. I’m hoping it holds up over time, but for now, I feel like it was a good buy.

My first thought was that the coating might not last, but after months of cooking with it, I’m not seeing any scratches. Seems to be holding up really well
